As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), your primary focus will be setting meetings that drive sales to help Keeran achieve its goals. You will excel at quickly building rapport with clients and identifying their specific needs. A self-driven, detail-oriented communicator, you have a talent for active listening, empathy, and creating meaningful connections. Your interactions will be positive and friendly, and you will bring a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.
- Address objections and identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients for the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and the customer database.
- Consistently meet weekly targets for calls and appointments.
- Ask insightful questions to uncover customer needs and concerns.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as an ISR.
- Familiarity with the IT industry is an advantage.
- Experience cold calling is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
- Accountability for your results.
